Internationalisation
Aims:
The research project focuses on the internationalisation of education, spanning primary, secondary, and higher education settings, with particular attention to Israeli institutions. It aims to assess the practical and theoretical implications of internationalisation, explore the motivations and strategies behind this process, and understand its impact on educational institutions amidst national conflicts. Studies include analyses of school websites, teaching colleges, and student experiences to evaluate internationalisation efforts. Further, the project investigates the role of international collaborations, the influence of neoliberal policies, and the convergence of global and local educational practices towards sustainable development goals. Through comparative and contextual analyses, this research seeks to contribute to the discourse on global citizenship, policy-making, and the dynamic roles of international schooling in contemporary education systems.
