
Short biography
Nadezhda Iankelevich is a researcher and communications specialist with over a decade of experience in the non-profit and activist sectors. Before emigrating to Israel, she worked extensively in Russia, where she developed communication strategies, led large-scale projects, and supported numerous social initiatives. She also led mentoring programs that supported activists and non-profit leaders in their professional development. Now pursuing her PhD at Technion, Nadezhda continues to engage in social projects in Israel. She is involved in initiatives that help teenagers from migrant families adapt to life in Israel and volunteers on a project that assists new repatriates in understanding Israeli political processes. Her work is driven by a commitment to inclusivity, ethical practices, and fostering human-centered solutions.
